Arlington to host 2024 MLB All-Star Game

MLB announced that the Texas Rangers will host the 2024 All-Star Game at Globe Life Field in Arlingon.
The first time the Texas Rangers hosted the All-Star Game was in 1995 when the Temple was called the Ballpark in Arlington.
When the All-Star Game comes in 2024 it will have been 29 years since the game was in Arlington.
Globe Life Field is the newest stadium in MLB and cost Arlington taxpayers a pretty penny so it is nice to see Major League Baseball recognizing that.
It'll be cool to see the power hitters crank out home runs and to see the All-Stars playing in the game.
Hopefully, if all goes right, the World Series will be played in Arlington as well in 2024.

Needless to say this off-season is incredibly important for the Rangers. They are wanting to become competitive again in an AL West Division that is getting tougher. The Rangers have to compete with the World Series Champions, the Houston Astros, who have an excellent rotation even if they do end up losing Justin Verlander. Seattle is improving and isn't going anywhere for a while. Young Slugger Julio Rodriguez won the Rookie of the Year award. He hit .284 with 28 home runs and had 6.0 bWAR. T
MiLB unveils RoughRiders Marvel inspired logo
The highly-anticipated Marvel inspired logo for the RoughRiders was unveiled today. It's almost a modern take on their current logo. There are 95 other minor league teams that are participating in the Marvel-inspired uniforms that will be worn during at least one contest in 2023 and 2024. Another interesting part of this is a "Marvel's Defenders of the Diamond" comic book that will distributed at Riders Field in 2023. The RoughRiders Defenders of the Diamond game date has yet to be announced
Latest Mock Draft Results for the Rangers
There have been a lot of new mock drafts released over the past two or three days. I have rounded up sixteen of them to study, in order to see who the Rangers could take at number 12 in the first round. Once again, the only consistent theme in these mock drafts is that most of those creating them believe the Rangers want a shortstop, and most likely a high school shortstop.
