According to John Blake, Justin Foscue was added to the Texas Rangers 60-man player pool and he was assigned to the Alternate training site.
Foscue was chosen 14th overall in the 2020 MLB draft by the Rangers. He plays second and third base. The R/R hander was at Mississippi State and competed for the USA Baseball Collegiate National Team in 2019.
Most of the Rangers prospects at the alternate site likely won’t see any time in a game. They are there for work in what otherwise is a lost season.
