The Texas Rangers have announced the Frisco RoughRiders 2023 break camp roster. As expected, we’re gonna see some new faces and some players have promoted to Triple-A Round Rock.
To break camp, the RoughRiders have 15 pitchers, highlighted by Owen White, Jack Leiter, Tekoah Roby and Ryan Garcia.
