It’s been a long time coming, but the Frisco RoughRiders are finally back in the playoffs! And who better to start their first playoff game since 2014 than Jack Leiter?

Leiter is one of the top prospects in baseball, and he’s sure to bring his A-game to the playoffs. After all, he has experience from college with Vanderbilt.

The RoughRiders are looking to make some noise in the playoffs, and with Leiter on the mound, they have a good chance to do just that.

Leiter, who was drafted by the Rangers in 2021, has had flashes of brilliance and struggles in the same game this season.

Leiter has pitched better than his stats. He’s got a 3-10 win-loss record with a 5.54 earned run average. It hasn’t all been roses with his 56 walks in 92.2 innings but he struckout 109 batters.

The RoughRiders play the Division series against the San Antonio Missions in this beat of 3 series.
