Express Coaching Staff 2025

The Round Rock Express coaching staff is ready to guide this talented roster:

Doug Davis (Manager) – He sits only 73 wins away from 900 victories as a manager in the minor leagues.

Chase Lambin (Bench Coach)

Matt Lawson (Hitting Coach)

Jon Goebel (Pitching Coach, promoted from Frisco)

Dave Borkowski (Bullpen Coach)

Josh Johnson (Development Coach)

Potential Call-Ups

Let’s hope there’s no traffic jam on I-35 with Express players heading to replace injured Rangers position players! If a spot opens up, Evan Carter will definitely be the first player called up, provided he’s healthy—he’s got the talent to make an immediate impact in Arlington.

On the pitching side, Emiliano Teodo is the name to watch. He’s a prime candidate to get the call as either a closer or starter for the Rangers.

Meanwhile, I’m hoping Dane Dunning can rediscover his 2023 form while in AAA—he’s got the stuff to make a comeback!

Players I’m Excited to See in Round Rock

I’m really looking forward to watching 26-year-old Justin Foscue continue his bid to return to the Rangers after getting his first Major League hit last year. Jonathan Ornelas, also 24, is another infielder I’m rooting for as he aims to take the next step in his development.

This Round Rock Express 2025 roster is brimming with potential, and I can’t wait to see who makes the leap to the big leagues this year. Stay tuned to The Prospect Times for all the latest updates on the Rangers’ farm system—let’s cheer these guys on as they swing for the fences!
