We are one week into the Minor-League season and we've got some injury news to report. Sherten Apostel and Owen White are both listed on the IL.

## Sherten Apostel to the IL retroactive to May 10.

Sherten Apostel, 22, has been playing 1st base for the Double-A Frisco RoughRiders before he was injured (groin). So far he is slashing a line of .273/.304/.409/.713 at the plate with 6 RBI. He's made some nice defensive scoops as well.

He's expected to miss minimal time.

### Owen White

White, 21, can't seem to catch a break, no pun intended. He pitched professionally for the first time on Thursday and has a broken bone in his hand.

White pitched 2.2 innings, allowed 2 runs on 4 hits, 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. He had a couple of wild pitches as well.

We are looking at a Mid-to-late June return if all goes according to plan.

Here's to a speedy recovery to both.
