The 2022 Texas Rangers instructional league roster is finally here. The roster is filled with talented young players highlighted by outfielder Anthony Gutierrez and pitcher Dane Acker.
The Texas Rangers instructional league will play Oklahoma on October 11 at 6pm, Arkansas on Wednesday October 12th (6pm) and Thursday October 13th (4pm) and then conclude their 2022 schedule with a game against TCU on Friday at Globe Life Field at 6pm.
The cost for tickets is $10 and can be purchased at texasrangers.com.
Parking is free and some concessions will be available.
Who is on the Texas Rangers instructional league roster?
This roster seems to be incomplete as Kumar Rocker is listed but is currently pitching in the Arizona Fall League. Also, Cather Ian Moller was catching the game against OSU and he is not listed on the original roster. So as of now, the roster lists 30 pitchers (5 LHP), including Rocker. 6 catchers, 7 infielders and 8 outfielders.
Interestingly, Chris Seise is listed as an outfielder.

OSU defeated the Texas Rangers Instructional team by a final of 8-1. The big hit, a grand slam, for OSU came off the bat of Tyler Wulfert.
