The Sherman Shadowcats played their third game of the season, securing a high-scoring 20-15 victory over the Joplin Outlaws, bringing their record to 2-1. This offensive explosion marks the highest run total for the Shadowcats so far this season.

Despite every Shadowcats pitcher allowing at least one run, the offense more than compensated for the pitching struggles.

After an off day on Monday, the Shadowcats will welcome the Piney Woods TimberHogs to Veterans Field for a short two-game series and then they’ll go on the road to face the Joplin Outlaws.
