Today’s loss was fueled by 4 Crawdad errors leading to all 4 runs being scored by the Emperors as the pitching was stellar, but the defense fell short behind the guys on the bump. Crawdads Shutout 4-0 in Season Opener at Rome

The 2024 season started out in the worst way possible, being shut out. The bats were extremely quiet as Owen Murphy (Braves No. 5 prospect) was perfect the first time through the lineup striking out Cameron Cauley, Sebastian Walcott, and Tucker Mitchell in the first inning.
