Zak Kent gets his 1st AAA win!

In a game that took 3 hrs 5 minutes the Round Rock Express outlasted the Sugar Land Space Cowboys and won 6-3 that even up their record at 2-2!

#16 of The Prospect Times prospect pitcher Zak Kent (W, 1-0) went 3 innings, giving up 2 hits, ZERO runs, 1 walk and 3 strikeouts! Zak threw 42 pitches 26 strikes 16 balls before being replaced!

This game the Express offense had 7 hits – 3 Doubles from J.P. Martinez, 2 RBI’s! 10 walks 13 Strikeouts and left 20 runners on base! The Express pitchers walked 3 and struckout 12. Sugar Land land left 17 runners on base.

Relievers John King (H,1) went 1.2 innings allowing 2 hits, 1 strikeout. Dominic Leone (H,1) went 1 inning allowing 1 hit, 2 strikeouts. Jacob Barnes (S,1) went 2 innings allowing 1 hit and 3 strikeouts!

Express next game is today with an 11:05 AM first pitch.
