The RoughRiders could’ve used some of those 12 runs and 10 hits from last night’s game tonight! Frisco was held to 1 run and 3 hits.
There was Electricity at Riders Field from the 8,655 fans that was excited to see Starting Pitcher Owen White.
Owen didn’t not disappoint anyone, going 3 scoreless innings, allowing only 1 hit, 1 walk and striking out 1. He threw 48 pitches- 31 strikes- 17 balls.
The RoughRiders found the scoreboard first on a Thomas Saggese grounder scoring Dustin Harris who tripled in front of him. Dustin had 1 of Frisco’s 3 hits. Luisangle Acuña and Evan Carter had the other 2.

Reliever Nick Krauth (L,0-1) came in to replace of Owen White. Nick went 4 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits, 1 walk and 1 strikeout. John Matthews replaced Krauth going 2 innings: 1 hit, 1 walk and 2 strikeouts.
