Josh Jung to make MLB debut on Friday
Texas Rangers fans finally have the news they’ve been waiting for. The Rangers are calling up their top position player, Josh Jung to make his MLB debut on Friday.
It was reported on Wednesday that the Rangera intend on purchasing the contract of Jung to make his debut on Friday. Thursday is an off-day for the Rangers.
Jung, 24, originally was expected to be the Rangers opening day 3rd baseman but unfortunately his labrum surgery in his left shoulder delayed him from doing baseball activity for a while.
Needless to say fans have been anticipating Jung’s debut for a while.

Jung was on fire for the first couple of weeks with the Express. He’s cooled off some since but in his first 13 games he slashed .327/.383/.746/1.129 with 6 home runs and 20 RBI.
In 9 games since he has hit a cold streak. He’s hit .200/.220/.225/.445 with 4 RBI and 16 strikeouts.
I am beyond excited to see Josh Jung man 3rd for the Rangers for the remainder of the season. The future is bright Rangers fans. Be sure to put on your sunglasses and enjoy the show.
