After initially taking the winter off, Blaine Crim has signed to play again in the Liga Beisbol Profesional Roberto Clemente (LBPRC) for the Indiod de Mayaguez. During the 2021-22 campaign with the Indios de Mayaguez, Crim slashed a line of .406/.452/.594/1.046 with 3 home runs, 25 RBI and took home the league batting champion title. Blaine Crim had an outstanding series against the Amarillo Sod Poodles. In the six-game series he tied a franchise record. The RoughRiders won four games of the six game series and Crim's bat was a big contributing factor. The Frisco RoughRiders used  four pitchers to combine for a two-hit shutout victory last night. It was their 9th shutout win of the season. Frisco starter Tim Brennan (W, 5-3) pitched 6 scoreless innings, allowing only 1 hit and striking out 3 on 58 total pitches: 41 strikes to 17 balls. Ezequiel Duran continues to be one of the exciting storylines coming out of Frisco this season. As you know, Duran was part of the Joey Gallo trade.
