Ryan Garcia, the Texas Rangers' second-round pick in the 2019 MLB Draft, earned his first win of the season on Tuesday night. Texas Rangers prospect Thomas Saggese has been named the Texas League Player of the Week for his outstanding play from September 11th through September 18th.
