The signing isn’t official but they have agreed to terms on a 5.2MM bonus.

RHP Brock Porter (4th)
Jon Heyman reports that the Rangers have a deal with 4th round pick Brock Porter for close to 4MM. He is the steal of the draft.
The Rangers announced on July 27, 2022 that Brock Porter has been signed.
LHP Kohl Drake (11th RD)
LHP Seth Clark (UFA)
Per Levi Weaver of the Athletic, the Rangers have signed undrafted free agent Seth Clark, a left-handed pitcher from Georgia State.
SS, Griffin Cheney (9th Rd) 7/22/22
This SI article says that the Rangers saved $1,000 on Cheney’s signing and that the deal is for $165,700 not $1,000.
