Frisco RoughRiders 2025 upgrades announced

Hey, RoughRiders fans! I’ve got some exciting news about the Frisco RoughRiders, the Texas Rangers’ Double-A affiliate. They’re gearing up for an absolute blast of a 2025 season at Riders Field, and trust me, you’re not going to want to miss it. The team’s been hard at work making upgrades to the place and to make this the best year yet for RoughRiders faithful.

First off, if you haven’t grabbed your tickets yet, what are you waiting for? Click here to snag yours.

Now, let’s talk upgrades. The RoughRiders are rolling out some awesome physical improvements, starting with the Kids’ Power Zone presented by Baylor Scott & White Health. This new spot behind the batter’s eye in centerfield is going to be a game-changer for the little sluggers.

Think inflatables, speed-of-pitch challenges, and a bunch of kid-friendly fun—because if there’s one thing the RoughRiders do right, it’s keeping the whole family entertained.

Baseballism

And for the apparel junkies like me, get this: Baseballism, that super-cool baseball lifestyle brand, is setting up a pop-up shop all season long right at the Home Plate Entrance. I’ll definitely be swinging by to grab some fresh gear. Oh, and the suites? They’ve gotten a facelift as well—perfect for kicking back in style.

Ballpark food additions

Food and drink? The RoughRiders have us covered there too. The concourse is getting some swanky new bar fronts in 2025. RANCH2O will be pouring specialty drinks above section 110, while Milagro Tequila takes over the bar above section 105 with top-notch spirits from William Grant & Sons. I’m already thirsty just thinking about it.

If you’re a pizza lover (and who isn’t?), Donato’s Pizza is stepping up to the plate in the old Frisco Smoque spot. They’re the Official Pizza of the RoughRiders, and they’ll be dishing out pies and snacks all season long. Then there’s El Rincon, which popped up late last year and is back for the full 2025 ride next to the Shiner Light Bar. Tacos, margaritas, and a mysterious new ballpark specialty item they’re keeping under wraps for now—what’s not to love?

Everywhere you find tortilla chips, you’ll spot Xochitl, the Official Tortilla Chip of the RoughRiders. And for those scorching Texas summer days, Lemon Chill is bringing frozen lemonade to two portable stands, plus a special Sunday deal that’s sure to cool you off.

Mark your calendars for September 5th and 6th, because the Banana Ball World Tour is rolling into Frisco! The Party Animals will square off against the brand-new Texas Tailgaters right at Riders Field. If you haven’t seen Banana Ball yet, it’s wild, wacky, and an absolute blast.

And for some extra fun, the RoughRiders are introducing Teddy’s Trot presented by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Picture this: mascots of Theodore Roosevelt, Benjamin Franklin, and Davy Crockett racing around the field during select inning breaks. It’s the kind of quirky entertainment that keeps you entertained inning after inning.

The Frisco RoughRiders are swinging for the fences with these upgrades, and I can’t wait to see it all come together in 2025. Stay locked into The Prospect Times for more updates, and let’s keep cheering on the Rangers’ farm system—full speed ahead!
