Jack Leiter looked like the ace of the future on Wednesday night, pitching six scoreless innings for the Frisco RoughRiders against the Midland RockHounds. Tim Brennan makes 1st start for Riders since May

The RoughRiders welcomed back right-hander Tim Brennan off the Injured List by starting him on the mound yesterday against the Sod Poodles. This was his first start since May 15th. Unfortunately the RoughRiders now have a two-game losing streak after the 4-1 loss last night. So they will look to get back into the win column tonight. The Frisco RoughRiders lost the DH against the Northwest Arkansas Naturals at Arvest Ballpark yesterday. Game One: RoughRiders 0, NWA 1 Game one was a pitchers dual. It was State Fair night at Riders Field which featured a t-shirt giveaway to the first 500 fans and State Fair food staples including: Corn Dogs and funnel cakes.
