Goedert named as the Texas League MOTY

Jared Goedert was named the Texas League manager of the year. It is well-deserved as the second year manager guided the RoughRiders to just their second Texas League Championship in franchise history. Their first Texas League Championship came in 2004. Under Goedert the RoughRiders  finished the regular season with a 74-63 record. The Texas Rangers finalized each of their Minor-League affiliate coaching staffs for the 2022 season. These are the coaching staffs that will lead the prospects at least for the next season. RoughRiders 2022 coaching staff announced

The Frisco RoughRiders 2022 coaching staff has been revealed. Manager Jared Goedert is returning for his 2nd season as manager, after guiding the team to a 1st place finish in his 1st managerial stint. In 2021, the RoughRiders finished with a 64-55 record which was good for 1st place in the Double-A Central South Division. Pitching Coach Jeff Andrews is back for the another year as pitching coach.
