Did anyone else notice the bizarre lineup that the Riders put forward last night? It was perhaps the craziest lineup I have ever seen in my life. Completely randomized, or so it would appear. Joe Palumbo is expected to make his Major-League debut on Saturday against the Athletics. From what I know about Joe Palumbo, he has the stuff and make up to be a Major League pitcher and that is all he wants to do. As of Saturday, Palumbo will be a Major-League pitcher even if only for 1 start. It won't be the last we see of him. Joe Palumbo start I grew up outside Chicago. My first games were at Wrigley and I could watch Cubs games after school on WGN. There is something very cool about day baseball. So I managed to find my way to Frisco again this afternoon with my notebook and pen for some Joe Palumbo pitching, Elvis rehabbing, and another come from behind win for the RoughRiders. Joe Palumbo's first outing of 2019 I've been looking forward to this game for a while as Joe Palumbo took the mound for the RoughRiders. Grant Holmes took the mound for the Midland RockHounds. The RockHounds are the Double-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. Today was also the game for Autism Awareness Night and Sunday Funday. Joe Palumbo 1st pitch of the game 92.2 4:06 PM.
