Round Rock Express infielder Davis Wendzel was named the Pacific Coast League Player of the Week for May 22-28. The 26-year-old Baylor alum went 10-for-19 with three doubles, four home runs, eight RBIs, and five walks in five games. He also had a .526/.640/1.316/1.956 slash line for the week.
