The Texas Rangers signed outfielder David Dahl, 26, to a one year deal. According to Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News, the deal is worth less than $3 million, at least in base salary. On Thursday they picked a few players in the Rule-5 draft, one in the Major-League portion and the other two in the Minor-League portion.
