Feb 14-15

Pitchers and Catchers start reporting for some teams, including the Texas Rangers. Other teams will report on February 15.

February 16

College Baseball season officially gets underway.

The Shriners Children’s College Showdown is taking place at Globe Life Field from February 16-18.

February 19-20

MLB Position players are due to report.

February 23-25

Karbach Round Rock Classic at Dell Diamond.

Feb 23 the Texas Rangers face the Kansas City Royals in their first spring training game of 2024 as the defending World Series Champions.

MLB Spring Training games officially start on February 22nd.

March

1st-3rd – The 2024 Frisco Classic

March 14-17 is the first ever Spring Breakout.

March 20-21, 2024 is the MLB World Tour which will feature the Dodger and Padres in Seoul, South Korea.

Thursday, March 28 is Opening Day. I swear this should be a national holiday.

April 15th

Jackie Robinson Day

April 27-28, 2024 is the MLB World Tour – this time in Mexico City, Mexico featuring two games between the Astros and Rockies.

Sunday, May 26: Tournament field is selected (Selection Sunday)

Friday, May 31: Regional Round begins Friday, June 7

June

June 8-9, 2024 MLB World Tour with a two-game set between the Mets and Phillies in London, England.

The 2024 MLB Draft League season will be split into two halves with the first half set to begin Tuesday, June 4, and conclude Saturday, July 13.

The College World Series Super Regional Round begins Friday, June 14, 2024.

June 20, 2024

MLB at RickWood Field in Birmingham, Alabama – this is perhaps the coolest thing on the schedule. This is going to feature a regular season games between the Cardinals and the Giants.
