Promotion: 90’s throw back night and Fireworks Friday

LHP Joe Palumbo (0-0, 4.35)

Friday is Palumbo day again. If you haven’t done so you really need to read the post by John Moore with the Rangers Nation Podcast. We both met Palumbo’s father at his season debut but he spent about half the game with him.

Palumbo has made 2 starts this season. He has pitched 10.1 innings, allowed 10 hits, 6 walks and has 15 strikeouts.

His last start was against the RockHounds and he pitched 5.2 innings and allowed 4 runs on 8 hits and struck out 7. The RockHounds walked 3 times in each of his first 2 starts. This will be an interesting match-up since this will be the 3rd start against the RockHounds.
